The Result
The home was completely reimagined into a sophisticated desert-modern retreat that blends warmth, luxury, and timeless architecture. Custom walnut cabinetry, large-format stone surfaces, integrated lighting, and carefully curated finishes create a seamless flow throughout the residence.
The redesigned kitchen now serves as the centerpiece of the home, featuring furniture-grade cabinetry, slab stone surfaces, integrated appliances, and unobstructed sight lines to the living and dining areas. Bathrooms were transformed into spa-inspired spaces with custom vanities, oversized stone installations, floating details, and premium fixtures.
Throughout the project, the focus remained on highlighting the home's architecture, maximizing natural light, and strengthening the connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.
The Vision
This home had exceptional bones, including soaring ceilings, expansive walls of glass, and stunning mountain and golf course views. However, the interior was weighed down by dated finishes, compartmentalized spaces, decorative columns, mosaic tile bathrooms, and a kitchen that no longer matched the home's architectural potential.
The goal was to remove visual clutter, modernize the layout, and create a cohesive design language that celebrated the home's indoor-outdoor connection while elevating every space with custom materials and refined detailing.
